Dr. Sabine Möritz-Kaisergruber is managing partner at Astro Pharma and President of the Austrian Biosimilar Association. Mrs. Möritz-Kaisergruber has a 25-year career in various divisions in the healthcare sector. Her professional career started at Eli Lilly in the USA, first as an international management trainee, then as Product Manager and finally as Marketing Planning Associate. She later changed to Eli Lilly Deutschland, where she was responsible for Eastern Europe and marketing agendas as Personnel Representative. Most recently, Sabine Möritz-Kaisergruber was responsible for the Diagnostics and Special Products division at drug company Schering in Vienna, before taking over the management of Austrian sales at Sopur Medizintechnik. Sabine Möritz-Kaisergruber took part in the renowned Owner / President Management (OPM) Programm at Harvard Business School. She has a doctorate in Social and Economic Sciences from the University of Vienna and a Master’s degree from Thunderbird American Graduate School of International Management, Arizona.

Mag. Helmut Kaisergruber is the managing partner responsible for key business, finance and business development and company founder of Astro Pharma. He is an expert in marketing and sales, and has held numerous managerial positions in the pharmaceutical industry. Before the founding of Astro Pharma, Mr. Kaisergruber spent six years at drug company Merck Sharp & Dohme GmbH with responsibility for the areas of marketing and sales, and developed innovative marketing and sales methods for a variety of products. Prior to that, he was Marketing and Sales Manager at Eli Lilly Central and Eastern Europe for five years, before spending two years as Managing Director at Ferring Arzneimittel Ges.m.b.H. Helmut Kaisergruber has a Master’s degree from Thunderbird American Graduate School of International Management, Arizona, and a Master’s degree in Commercial Sciences from the Vienna University of Economics and Business.

Dr. Sandra Frauer is Country Manager for Marketing and Sales at Astro Pharma. She has outstanding expertise in developing and implementing business and organizational strategies and knows how to optimally integrate marketing and sales plans into corporate strategy. In 2014, Sandra Frauer founded her own management consultancy, 4clarity, and supports companies in development and change processes. Prior to that, she spent 15 years in management positions at renowned global pharmaceutical companies, including Marketing Director at Lundbeck and Business Unit Director at Merck Serono. Sandra Frauer earned her doctorate in biochemistry from the University of Vienna and completed the Global Executive MBA program at the University of Minnesota and the Vienna University of Economics and Business.
